  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sold items unless the product arrives damaged or incomplete.

  • In case of a defect or missing parts, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item by contacting our support team with photo or video evidence.

  • Approved claims will be resolved by sending replacement parts or, if unavailable, issuing store credit at our discretion.
